Tyler N. Miller is a Rhode Island based lawyer who regularly represents clients in civil, family, and criminal defense matters, additionally advising on municipal law and land use matters. He vigorously represents his clients’ interests in and out of court, utilizing effective communication and legal skills. Tyler has a successful record of achieving favorable results in both civil and criminal matters.
Tyler is well versed in both Criminal and Family Court matters having represented numerous clients arrested for both Felony and Misdemeanor crimes as well as parents in Custody, Placement and Child Support matters. He also represents clients in Civil Litigation to include both personal injury matters and business disputes. He previously served as the Zoning Board and Planning Board Attorney for the City of Central Falls as well as the Assistant City Prosecutor.
Prior to starting Miller Law, Tyler was an associate at DarrowEverett, specifically working as a practice leader in their Family Law Department as well as a litigator for Criminal and Business related litigation. Prior to that, he was a Rule 9 with the Rhode Island Public Defender’s office, where he regularly represented individuals charged with misdemeanor crimes in Rhode Island District Court. He also clerked for Daniel Griffin at Griffin Law assisting in legal research and drafting related to individuals charged with crimes in both the State and Federal Courts.
